Archipel Thuis offers district nursing and Wlz-Thuis (Long-Term Care Act). The starting point is to make a meaningful contribution to the quality of life of people at home. We base our approach on the wishes and needs of the client and informal caregiver.
Foot and movement center for the health of us all. We help you promote mobility with podotherapy, (medical) pedicure, and orthopedic shoe technology.
We offer general practitioner care provided by general practitioners, nurse specialists, practice nurses for somatic care, and practice nurses for mental health care. Through us, you can also make use of Pluhz ultrasound and our blood collection service DiAnna, where you can visit on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
As occupational therapists, we support you in maintaining independence in your daily activities. In our practice, we treat adults living in Eindhoven. We have extensive experience with neurological conditions, joint disorders, muscular diseases, elderly care, and dementia. Of course, you are also welcome to contact us with other concerns. The practice is open from Monday to Friday morning.

GGZE offers various forms of assistance. We welcome you by appointment at one of our locations, visit you at home, or offer you temporary admission if necessary. We are here for you and for your family and immediate surroundings.
Ontmoet & Groet is a foundation that supports meetings between elderly people living independently, with Archipel actively involved. The foundation is already active elsewhere in Gestel and also welcomes people aged 65 and over in Zuiderpark for a cup of coffee, socializing, social contact, activities, enjoyable movement, and shared meals. In addition to spontaneous meetings, basic day care from Doe & Deel is also provided here.
We treat clients with healthy, diseased, or damaged skin. The goal is to eliminate, reduce, or prevent a disorder or limitation caused by a skin condition. We collaborate with dermatologists, oncologists, plastic surgeons, medical specialists, general practitioners, and primary care providers.
Pick up your medication close by. The pharmacy assistant is available every weekday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. As a service pharmacy, we ensure that the medications are provided in the correct dosage and always check if they can be safely combined.
Walk-in Consultation Hour Do you need (temporary) support in areas such as housing, work, social contacts, parenting, transportation, or income? Or would you like to connect more with people in your neighborhood? Interested in joining local activities? Just drop by! Every Monday between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM at Zuiderpark Health Center. You can drop in without an appointment – please take a seat at the back of the waiting room.
